JOURNEY PART 2
48 startups get the chance to pitch their ideas at one of the four pre-events. The chosen startups will be announced on 25 March.

The pre-finalists will get access to the exclusive SWC Group on the AustrianStartups Community Platform. This is an online place to connect, ask questions and get the best SWC experience.
​
On 27 March a Kick-Off event for the startups is taking place to be best prepared for the SWC Pre-Events.

JOURNEY PART 3
On 9 May, all 12 startups that have made it through the pre-events will be announced. These startups have the chance to win the Startup World Cup Austria 2024 in the final on 3 June in Vienna.

The AustrianStartups Summit will take place on 8 May - as a finalist, you will have exclusive access to it. We look forward to seeing you there!

A pitch training session awaits the finalist startups on 14 May.
​
The final will take place on 3 June at the WKÖ in Vienna. We are looking forward to an international audience consisting of startups, investors and relevant people from the ecosystem.
​
The 12 startups will also have the opportunity to participate in the Connect Day, which will take place on 4 June. Here they will have the chance to get in touch with relevant investors and present their ideas in a direct exchange.
JOURNEY PART 4
The final of the international Startup World Cup will take place in San Francisco on 4 October. The Austrian winner will have the chance to pitch their idea there and network with international investors. And of course, get the chance to win a 1 million dollar investment.

The chosen startup will also be able to take part in GoUSA 2024 powered by Außenwirtschaftscenter San Francisco & New York, which will take place in October 2024.

The winner of the Startup World Cup Austria 2024 wins a wildcard for the EY Scale Up Award 2025, as well as a free spot at the Startup Expo at the invest.austria conference on 6 November.
